20171115 - World elite skiers train in Funäsdalen under great conditions

Winter has arrived in full force in Funäsdalen, and a lot of snow has already fallen. The temperature is low so there's plenty of snow on the slopes of Funäsdalsberget. The mountain opens for public skiing on 16 December, but it's already a hive of activity. This is the only open giant slalom slope in Europe, with great conditions, and many clubs and several European national teams have come here to train. This week the Norwegian, Russian, Italian, German and Swedish teams have been present.
